ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD
If you want to create a new account, you should click on “Register” at the top of the homepage and a flyout window will appear.
In order to create an account you need the following information: Mr/Mrs, name, date of birth, country, e-mail address and a personal password. You can change and edit your information at any time. This information is confidential and will not be passed on to third parties.
To edit your personal information log-in to frmoda.com user account and click on “My account information” on the menu that you see on the left.
You can change your password by clicking on “Log in” at the top of the homepage. Then click on “Forgot your password?” and enter your email address. You will receive an e-mail with your new user details. Log in using the new details and once you are logged in you can change your password by clicking on “My account information” in the "My overview" menu.
You can purchase on frmoda.com without creating a user account. Once you have added your products to the shopping bag, you will be redirected to the checkout page.
Choose the option “guest checkout”, enter your billing and shipping address and select your payment method. You can pay by clicking on “Confirm” your order.
After your purchase, you can create an account in “Your account information” section, by clicking on “Create a user account for the next purchase”.
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
The payment methods accepted depend on what country your order is being shipped to.
Credit card is accepted for most countries. You can find out more about the payment methods accepted in the "Payment" section
Your order will be shipped the day after the reception of your payment. You will receive an email with your package's tracking number.
When placing an order on frmoda.com, the total of your order is pre-authorized by your credit card, meaning that this amount is reserved for frmoda.com. This pre-authorization is a validation of your credit card, which ensures that the given amount can be charged to your account. The available limit on your credit card will be altered according to this pre-authorized amount, however it will not be charged yet. Once your package has been shipped, the amount will be charged to your credit card. If the order is cancelled before the shipping, your credit card will not be charged and the pre-authorization will be void.
Please note that the pre-authorization is valid for at least 7 days and the time it takes to declare it void depends on your bank.
FRMODA will refund the customer within 14 working days of the customer’s shipping of the item. However the refund may be delayed if the item has not been received or if there are proofs that demonstrate that the item has been shipped back to the client.
You should also take into consideration the time needed by the bank to process the refund.
The refund will be issued on the payment method that was used on the original order (credit card, PayPal,..), except for some cases.

You may choose to receive a voucher, which you can use on frmoda.com, for the amount of the returned items instead of a refund.
You should select this option while completing the return form.
The voucher will be sent to the email address entered in your account details.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING INFORMATION
The shipping costs and methods depend on what country your order is being shipped to.
Inside the description of the product click on “Shipping and returns” in order to have more information about the shipping price: here you will find a chart with the shipping costs scheduled for the chosen article.

Our package is insured.
If the courier will lose the package, you will be refunded.
In case of return, you will be responsible for the insurance of the package.
If you live in other countries and you want a faster shipping, you should select an Express Priority shipping.
In Italy all the shipping are Express Priority.
You will receive an email with your parcel's tracking number, as soon as our couriers FEDEX/DHL/EMS/GLS/NEXIVE have picked the parcel up from our warehouse. With the tracking number you can track the status of your order at any time.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All purchased items, included discounted items, can be returned.
The satisfaction of our customers is very important and returning an item is fast and easy.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery of the product.
The return’s costs are charged to the customer.
If you would like to change the size of your product, the shipping of the exchanged article is free of charge.
Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the item was sent to. For more specific information, please refer to the "Returns" section.
All purchased items, including discounted items, can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Items should be returned as they have been sent: not worn, altered or washed and all tags have to be attached. We can only accept exchanges from the country which the item was sent to. Frmoda.com sells only authentic products.
All items are shipped with their original packaging and are purchased with a valid invoice.
In each package you can find the till receipt and the invoice, as guarantee of authenticity.
You can purchase a Gift Card by clicking on the "Gift Card" menu at the bottom of our homepage. You will be redirected to a new page in which you can choose whether you would like to order a Gift Card that will be sent in an email or one that will be sent with the postal service.
You can also add a personal message.
You can check the money on your Gift Card at any time by clicking on the "Gift Card" link at the bottom of our homepage. Please enter the Gift Card code in the designated field, making sure to pay attention to the correct spelling, and click on "Check balance".
You can use your Gift Card at checkout once you have added your item to the "Shopping bag". You can find the code on your Gift Card or in your Gift Card email. Select “Pay with Gift Card” and enter your code in the field by paying attention to the correct spelling of the code and making sure that it is intended for use in your country. Click on "Use code" to use your Gift Card.
The Wishlist simplifies your purchasing process: it just takes one click to move an item from your Wishlist into your Shopping bag.
