Returns

You can return any item purchased on FRMODA.com (including reduced items) within 14 days of the delivery date (bank holidays included). After this deadline, return procedure will no longer be available.

 

You can return your order and choose between refund and exchange (item or size exchange).

 

Return costs are to be paid by customers.

If you have received faulty goods or wrong products and return period has not expired, send a return request by describing your problem. We reserve the right to ask for pictures before authorising the return. If you have received a damaged item, our quality control department will check the conditions of the item once it arrives in our warehouse and will contact you for solving the problem. In both cases, return costs are charged to FRMODA.

 

Returns conditions

If you want to return your order, products must be in mint condition, in particular:

 

  • they must not have been used or washed;
  • producer tag has to be attached and not altered;
  • FRMODA security tag has to be attached and not altered;
  • brand box must be returned, since it is considered part of the product, and must not be damaged, altered or used as external packaging;
  • shoe soles must be in perfect conditions, without scratches;
  • perfumes must not have been opened and/or used.

 

If the above conditions are not met, the parcel will be sent back to you and refund or exchange will not be issued.

How to request a return

Registered user:

 

  • Log in and click on “My orders”;
  • Select the order you want to return and click on “View order”;
  • Click at the top of the page on the right on “Return item”;
  • You can choose return method (refund or exchange) and return procedure (easy return with the pick up managed by FRMODA or return managed by customer; in this case you can choose the carrier you prefer);
  • Once the return request has been accepted, you will receive an email with the information for returning the article. Wait for our return authorisation email before shipping the item.

 

Not registered user:

 

  1. Access to the “Orders and returns” section and fill in the research form with the data contained in the email received for the confirmation of your order;
  2. Click at the top of the page on the right on “Return item”;
  3. You can choose return method (refund or exchange) and return procedure (easy return with the pick up managed by FRMODA or return managed by customer; in this case you can choose the carrier you prefer);
  4. Once the return request has been accepted, you will receive an email with the information for returning the article. Wait for our return authorisation email before shipping the item.

 

You can choose between Easy return and Return managed by customer.

EASY RETURN

 

Return will be managed by FRMODA and our carrier will come to your address in order to pick up the parcel.

The cost of the service depends on your country:

  • return from Italy: €10
  • return from EU countries: €20
  • return from Extra EU countries: €25

 

This service is not available for returns from Russia: in this case you have to choose “Return managed by customer” option.

RETURN MANAGED BY CUSTOMER

 

You can choose the carrier you prefer and manage the return of your order: you will pay shipping costs directly to the carrier.

You must include in the parcel all documents sent by FRMODA when authorising the return.

Please note that you can ask for a return within 14 days of the delivery date (bank holidays included). After this deadline, return procedure will no longer be available.

Wait for our return authorisation before sending your order.

Refund

As soon as we receive your parcel, we will check that all return conditions have been met. If return procedure is approved, the refund will be issued within 72 working hours of reception of the parcel.

 

Refund will be issued according to the payment method used when placing the order.

 

You can check the status of your return by logging in your account and clicking on “RMA”.

 

Time needed for processing the refund depends on the payment method you used.
