FRMODA ships to non-European countries via DHL, UPS, FEDEX, SDA.

FRMODA does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping costs

Shipments are subject to charge and vary depending on the shipping service selected during checkout.

Duties and taxes

Customs charges and import taxes are NOT included in the item price or shipping costs. These taxes are charged to the buyer. Please check with your local customs office to determine the amount of these additional charges before purchasing.

*For US only: if the value of the merchandise is less than $800.00 USD there will be no taxes or customs charges to pay.

Order Management Time

The order management time refers to the time neeeded to process your order and hand it over to the courier.
The order management time varies from item to item and it is visibile on the information sheet of each item, for example:

  • Shipped within one day
  • Shipped within 3 days

If an order includes more items with a different order management time, it will be managed and handed over to the courier with a unique shipping once all products are ready to be shipped.

An example of a multi-product order with a different order management time:

  • Product n°1 - Shipped within one day
  • Product n°2 - Shipped within 2 days

The order will be managed and handed over to the courier according to the longer timeframe, in this case within 2 business days.

The order management time is further indicated in the order confirmation received by email*

Orders placed on FRMODA are managed and handed over to the courier from Monday to Friday (during working hours), with the exclusion of the following national bank holidays:

  • January 1st and 6th
  • Easter and Easter Monday
  • April 25th
  • May 1st
  • June 2nd
  • August 15th
  • November 1st
  • December 8th, 25th, and 26th

*The order management time in the order confirmation may not be displayed when using certain payment methods, such as PayPal Express. For further questions or clarifications at this regard, we invite you to contact our customer service.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen (standard or express) and it is visible during checkout.

Delivery time starts from the moment the order is handed over to the courier. It must be added to the order management time described above.

For example, in the case of a purchase with an order management time "Shipped within 2 days" and a delivery time of "2-4 business days", it will be delivered within 4 business days from the order placement.

During sales and promotional periods, order preparation may take one to two additional days.

FRMODA is not responsible for any delays due to couriers or to force majeure beyond its control.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as the order is shipped, you can monitor the progress of the shipment and know where your package is by following the instructions that you will receive by email: you will be provided with the tracking number of the courier and a link to check the shipment.

You can also track your order in the "My orders" section of your personal FRMODA account, or just click on Track my order and enter the requested data.

If you have made your purchase in guest mode click on Track my order and enter the requested data.

Order Delivery

When you place an order make sure you have entered the correct address and contact number to avoid misunderstandings.

The recipient's name on the shipping address must be the same as the name on the delivery address intercom/doorbell.

When your goods arrive, please inspect the package carefully before signing for it as proof of delivery. If the package seems to be tampered with, please sign the acknowledgment of receipt identifying the problem to the driver or refuse the delivery itself. In this case, we ask you to inform FRMODA of the incident by writing an email to: customerservice@frmoda.com.

 

What happens if delivery fails?

Two delivery attempts will always be made.

  • at the first failed delivery attempt due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will leave a notice to the customer with a tracking number and phone number to arrange a delivery appointment.
  • at the second and last delivery attempt, due to the absence of the recipient, we inform you that the shipment will be stored at the deposit of the courier and the costs of storage will be borne by the recipient.

Refused, not lifted orders

May the parcel be refused or not picked up at the time of delivery, the product will be resent by the courier to our warehouse. Round-trip shipping costs, in addition to any taxes and duties, will be counted once the order arrives at our warehouse and then deducted from the refunded amount.
