Olibanum is one of the special fragrance notes in our Khalifa scent, known to us Hungarians as "frankincense." Frankincense is a resin extracted from the bark of the Boswellia sacra and Boswellia carteri trees, known for its unique aroma, primarily used when heated as incense in sacred places, temples, and shrines from Europe to Japan. Its scent is distinctive, fresh, balsamic, slightly green, woody, and spicy, with a fruity top note.
