Returns and Refunds

In the event that for whatever reason you may be unsatisfied with your purchase, FRMODA gives you the possibility to return a product within and no later than 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return options

There are two available return options:

  1. RETURN HANDLED BY FRMODA

    The cost of the service is €50.

    The service incudes the management of the procedures (the documentation and return labels) and shipping costs of the return, including any taxes and duties.

    A return handled by FRMODA is not available for Beauty products.

  2. RETURN HANDLED ON YOUR OWN

    If you prefer, you can indipendently organize the return, choosing the couerier you prefer. In this case, shipping costs of the return, taxes and any related expense are charged to the customer.

    FRMODA is not responsible for any loss, damage or tampering with the package.

Requesting your return is fast and easy. You just have to:

  1. Click here and enter your order number and the required information.
  2. Select the items and reasons for your return and submit your request for return.
  3. Wait to receive an email with instructions.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition in which you received them, specifically:

  • Must not have been used or washed;
  • Must have the manufacturer's tag attached and intact;
  • Must have FRMODA's security tag attached and intact;
  • Must be returned together with the original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself. Further, the box must neither have been damaged an/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging;
  • The footwear's soles must be in perfect condition and free of marks of any kind;
  • Perfumes and beauty products must not have been opened nor used, and the seal covering must not have been removed;
  • Jewelry must be returned in the same condition in which it arrived, including the packaging and paperwork provided;
  • Glasses must not be damaged, altered or used. They have to be returned with the brand's packaging, case, boxes and accessories, as well as the alleged documentation (warranties etc.).

N.B. Items can only be returned from the country where the order has been shipped.

 

If your return does not comply with the above conditions, FRMODA claims the right to neglect return requests. Under these circumstances will the items be returned to the original shipping adress with shipping charges.

Refunds

As soon as we receive your package, we will verify that all the conditions listed above have been met. If the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will make the refund within 5 business days after receiving the package at our warehouse. As for a return handled by FRMODA, the cost of the service will be withheld from the amount to be refunded.

Any additional costs for the initial shipping of the purchased goods will be refuned only in the case of a return of all purchased items. May you decide to partially return your purchased items, FRMODA will refund the cost of the returned goods, shipping costs excluded.

This new policy has been introduced with the aim to reduce the triangulations between goods and resends, thus enhancing more sustainable and responsible practices for the planet. (See Sustainability for FRMODA).

You can track the status of your return by logging in and accessing the My Returns menu. If your return meets the eligibility criteria and if you wish, you can choose to convert your refund into store credit; the amount will be deducted from your total spend at checkout for your next order!

N.B. The refunded amount will be visible within a variable time depending on the chosen payment method. For instance, for credit cards purchases, the average time to receive the refund is 10 business days after FRMODA issues the refund.

The refund will be issued in the same currency of the original purchase. Any difference in the amount due to exchange rates' fluctuation cannot be refunded.

Defective Items

If you have received a damaged item or a product that is different from what you ordered and the return period has not yet expired, please make a return request stating that the product is defective or incorrect. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return of the defective good and taking charge of shipping costs.
