What is PSD2?
This is a new European directive introduced to make online payments more secure. When making an online purchase, you will be asked to confirm your identity through the 3D Secure service, a protocol designed to provide additional security for credit and debit card transactions.
What are the steps for payment when I place an online order?
When you place an order you will be redirected to the 3D Secure service page directly from your bank. To authenticate your online payment you may, depending on the method chosen, receive a unique and personal code via SMS, email, or Touch ID (do not share it with anyone). The order will be carried out only when the payment is authenticated, then you will be automatically redirected to the confirmation page of FRMODA. You will then receive an email confirming the payment.
How can my identity be confirmed?
