How can I reset my password?

Click on "Change Password" in the Login section and enter the email address with which you registered. You will receive an email with instructions.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, it is not mandatory to create an account.

Can I check out the value of the gift card?

Yes. Click here (direct link to page under construction), enter the Gift Card code in the field provided, and click on "Check Status and Balance".

How can I use a Gift Card? 

Yes. Select "Gift Card" at checkout and enter the code. Finally, click on "Apply".

What is the wish list? 

Wish List makes the purchasing process easier: just one click to move an item from the Wish List to the Shopping Cart.

How can I subscribe to the newsletter? 

You can subscribe to the newsletter at the bottom of the webpage or by logging into your account. Fill in the requested data and flag the consent to the privacy and cookie policy. To confirm your subscription click on "Subscribe to newsletter".

How do I check my accumulated loyalty points? 

If you log in to your account, you will be able to view your accumulated loyalty points and have full control over them. You will have to access the dedicated "privilege" section.
