How to return a product

FRMODA offers a return and exchange return service* to be made no later than 30 days from the date of delivery. The cost is 25 euros.

*The return costs for products in the BEAUTY, HOME, and WINE categories are always charged to the customer. The return must be arranged independently by the customer always within 30 days from the delivery date.

Alternatively, you can decide to return your package at your own expense by choosing the courier you prefer. In this case, FRMODA is not responsible for any loss, damage nor tampering of the package.

Requesting your return is fast and easy. All you must do is:

  1. Click here and enter your order number and the required information.
  2. Select the items and reasons for your return and submit your request for return.
  3. Wait to receive an email with instructions.

Courier Return Instructions

  • Return via DHL: either call the DHL courier to schedule a pickup or alternatively drop off the package at your nearest DHL point. Click here
  • Return via FedEx: either call the FedEx courier to schedule a pickup or alternatively drop off the package at your nearest FedEx point. Click here
  • Return via UPS: either call the UPS courier to schedule a pickup or alternatively drop off the package at your nearest UPS point. Click here

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition in which you received them, specifically:

  • Must not have been used or washed
  • Must have the manufacturer's tag attached and intact
  • Must have FRMODA's security tag attached and intact
  • Must be returned together with the original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself. Further, the box must neither have been damaged an/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging
  • The footwear's soles must be in perfect condition and free of marks of any kind
  • Perfumes and beauty products must not have been opened nor used
  • Jewelry must be returned in the same condition in which it arrived, including the packaging and paperwork provided


If your return does not comply with the above conditions, the package will be returned, and no refund or replacement will be made. Any acceptance of such returns will result in a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned merchandise.


N.B. If you make frequent returns, you may be flagged by our system and therefore blocked.

Refunds

As soon as we receive your package, we will verify that all the conditions listed above have been met. If the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will make the refund within 72 working hours after receiving the package.

The refund will be made through the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.

You can track the status of your return by logging in and accessing the My Returns menu.

N.B. The refunded amount will be visible within a variable time depending on the method used. Remember that for possible reimbursement of the payment in mark it is necessary to have a bank account or postal account.

If your return meets the eligibility criteria and if you wish, you can choose to convert your refund into store credit; the amount will be deducted from your total spend at checkout for your next order! 

As an alternative to a refund, you can request a replacement item by choosing a different size or color of the same product code.

Defective Items

If you have received a damaged item or a product different from what you ordered and the return period has not yet elapsed, please make a return request indicating that the product is defective or incorrect. We reserve the right to ask for photos to verify what happened. In case you have received a damaged item, our Quality Control Department will check the condition of the item as soon as it arrives in our warehouse and will contact you to solve the problem.

Customized items

Due to their unique nature, and because they are created exclusively for you, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged in any way.
