A great lady of the French court, Anna Maria de La Tremouille, nicknamed Nerola, had her gloves perfumed with the essence of bitter orange, from which the name Neroli was created. Neroli is the essence obtained from bitter orange flowers which keep their fragrance unchanged only if picked by hand from the tree. In this composition it's enhanced in its joyful purity.
Rich and intense neroli, with a fresh, harmonious smell and a sweet undertone, is combined with Calabrian bergamot, Sicilian lemon and grapefruit to create a positive, dynamic and characterful blend. The heart preserves the sweet delicacy of orange blossoms and finds body in the solid and consistent presence of amber. Neroli Sauvage is an effervescent citrus explosion on the skin.
