Returns

All purchased items on frmoda.com– including reduced items- can be returned.

The satisfaction of our customers is very important and returning an item is fast and easy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item within 14 days from the delivery of the product by writing an email to customerservice@frmoda.com.

The return’s costs are to be paid by the customer.

If you would like to change the size of your product, the shipping of the exchanged article is free of charge. Please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be in good conditions i.e., have not been worn (except for checking the size);
  • All items must not be altered or damaged;
  • All tags have to be attached and the item must have its original box.

You could choose among refundstore credit o exchange.


If you want to return an item, please use the following method.

Registered user

If you have bought an article by using your registered account, please send from your account the return request within 14 days from the delivery of the product:

  1. Log in and click on “My orders”;
  2. Select the order you want to return and click on “View order”. Please check that the data entered are correct and click at the top of the page on the right on “Return item”,
  3. Once the return has been accepted, you will receive an email with the return authorisation number and the information for shipping the article.

Not a registered user

If you have bought an article as a guest or without logging in, you must access to the “Orders and returns” section within 14 days of delivery of the product:

  1. Fill in the research form with the data contained in the email received for the confirmation of your order;
  2. Please check that the data entered are correct and click at the top of the page on the right on “Return item”;
  3. Once the return has been accepted, you will receive an email with the return authorisation number and the information in order to ship the article.

Please note that in order to accept and process a return, the item must be shipped within 5 days from the receipt of authorisation, must not be altered or damaged and must have its original box with the related documents.


Returns from Italy

If you live in Italy and you want to return an article, you can choose the shipping method you prefer or you can pay 10€ (this sum will be deducted from the refund) and a courier will directly come to your address to pick up your parcel.

Returns from EU countries

You can return an item by choosing the courier you prefer or you can pay 20€ (this sum will be deducted from the refund) and a courier will come directly to your address in order to pick your parcel up.

Returns from Extra EU countries

You can return an item by paying 25€ (this sum will be deducted from the refund) and a courier will come to your address pick your parcel up.

You should put inside the parcel all documents you receive by email: Washington Declaration, Proforma invoice, DHL/FedEx prepaid labels.

Important information

We can only accept returns from the country the item was sent to.

We can only accept returns if the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be in good condition i.e., have not been worn (only for checking the size), altered or washed;
  • All security tags have to be attached;
  • Swimwear and underwear (bikini, boxer shorts,..) must be tried on your underwear. We will refuse and send back to the customer returned items that have been used or do not have the transparent label of hygienic protection.
  • Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original box, that is considered part of the product and must not be damaged, altered or used as external packaging.
    The sole of the shoes must be in perfect conditions, without scratches.
Please put inside the package the invoice or the till receipt received with the item.

We can only accept returns if all of the above conditions have been met. Otherwise we will ship the package back to you and you will not be refunded.

If you receive faulty goods or a wrong product, you must follow the previously mentioned method (“If you want to return an item, please use the following method.”).

In this case the return’s costs are charged to FRMODA.

FRMODA reserves the right to ask for pictures before authorising the return of faulty goods.

REFUND

The refund will be issued within 14 working days from the customer’s shipping of the item. However the refund may be delayed if the item has not been received yet or if there are proofs that demonstrate that the item has been shipped back to the client.

Refunds will be issued according to the payment method used:

  • Payment by Credit / Debit Card: the refund will be issued through wire/postal transfer or PayPal, as you prefer. You must communicate to FRMODA the bank details for the refund;
  • Payment by Paypal: the refund will be issued on your PayPal account.
    The time needed by the bank for processing the refund depends on the bank associated with your PayPal card;
  • Payment by Sofort Banking: the refund will be issued through wire/postal transfer;
  • Payment by Wire transfer: the refund will be issued through wire/postal transfer;
  • Payment by Cash on delivery: the refund will be issued through wire/postal transfer or PayPal, as you prefer;
  • Payment by Gift Card/Promotion Code: the refund will be issued on customer’s account.

EXCHANGES

All purchased items can be exchanged within 14 days from the receipt.
We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.

The shipping’s costs of the returned article are charged to the customer, while the shipping of the exchanged item is free of charge.

We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns sent at different times from one order.

It is possible to exchange an item for a different one.

The new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is being exchanged.
