CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS FOR SALE
On the FRMODA.COM website it is possible to purchase products with different brands (hereinafter "Products") and also a series of Services, including Delivery Services.
FRMODA sells only authentic and original products purchased directly or from its selected partners.
The essential characteristics of the products on the FRMODA.com website are presented in each product sheet.
All products come with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that the tag and seal are not removed. The Seller, in case of exercising the right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that do not have the tag or that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.
Although the Seller constantly adopts measures to ensure that the photographs shown on the Site are faithful reproductions of the original products, including the adoption of every possible technological solution to minimize inaccuracies, some variations are always possible due to the technical characteristics and the color resolution characteristics of the computer you are using. Consequently, the Seller will not be responsible for any inadequacy of the graphic representations of products shown on the Site if due to the aforementioned technical reasons, since these representations are merely illustrative.
SELLING PRICES AND CURRENCY
The validity of the prices indicated is always and only that indicated by the Site at the time the Order is sent over the Internet. Product prices, offers and shipping and delivery costs may vary over time.
The currency depends on the country to which the customer decides to ship and can always be viewed at checkout. The amount charged to your credit card or current account may vary as it is based on floating exchange rates and bank charges.

All Products are shipped directly from Italy. The prices of the Products and the shipping and delivery costs indicated on the Website and in the Order, unless otherwise specified, are to be considered as not including any costs associated with customs duties and related taxes, which cannot be calculated in advance, if the shipment takes place to non-EU countries or to countries where current legislation provides for import charges.
These costs are therefore charged to the Customer and must be paid directly upon delivery of the Products.
SHIPPING TIMES AND DELIVERY TIMES
The timing for the preparation of the shipment is shown in the info sheet of each article. For example, "Shipped within 3 days".
The indicated days correspond to the indicative business days that FRMODA SRL needs to prepare the shipment and entrust it to the courier for delivery once the order is validated; the time required by the courier to make the delivery is not included in the count.
Shipments are prepared from Monday to Friday with the exception of public national holidays.
During busy periods, such as holidays, sales or during promotions and special campaigns, it may take longer than indicated to process your order.
In the event of a cash on delivery order, a FRMODA SRL operator will contact the Customer to proceed with the verification and validation of the order data.
In case of orders of several pieces with different timing FRMODA SRL will make a single shipment when all the items are ready to be shipped.

PUBLIC OFFER AND SALES CONTRACT THROUGH ELECTRONIC COMMERCE SERVICE
The Products and Services with the relative Prices as present on the Site constitute an offer to the public in accordance with the procedures specified in the General Conditions of Sale and on the Site itself. The conditions of this offer apply exclusively to purchases made on the FRMODA.COM Site. The sales contracts stipulated on the Site and concerning the Products and Services (hereinafter "Sales Contract" or simply "Contract") are concluded with the Seller FRMODA SRL
By online sales contract we mean the distance contract concerning the purchase and sale of products stipulated between the customer and FRMODA. SRL as a Seller, as part of an electronic commerce service organized by the Seller which, for this purpose, uses remote communication technology called the Internet.
To reach the conclusion of the Contract for one or more Products, the Customer must fill in the order form in electronic format (hereinafter also Order) and send it to the Seller via the Internet.
To place orders on the Site, Customers must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- possess the necessary requirements to be able to enter into legally binding contracts;
- have a valid e-mail address;
- have a valid credit or debit card for payment, a bank account or a PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Satispay account.
The Customer is prohibited from entering false and / or invented and / or fictional names in the online Order procedure and in further communications. The Seller reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
PAYMENT METHODS

FULFILLMENT OF THE ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
By sending the Order through the Site, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe these General Conditions of Sale in relations with the Seller.
The receipt by FRMODA SRL of the Order, sent by the Customer by electronic transmission, constitutes the Customer's contractual proposal.
Once the Order has been sent, the Seller will take charge of it for its evasion and will send, by e-mail, an Order Confirmation (hereinafter "Order Confirmation") to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This Confirmation summarizes the selected Products and Services, the relative Prices (including Delivery costs and additional costs relating to additional Services requested by the Customer), the address for delivery, the Order number (hereinafter "Number of 'Order").
The Order Number, generated by the system and communicated by FRMODA SRL, must be used by the Customer in any communication with the Seller.
The Contract is not to be considered concluded when the Seller has sent the Order Confirmation but will be concluded only when the Seller sends, by e-mail, a Confirmation of shipment (hereinafter "Shipping Confirmation") to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer.
It is possible that occasional unavailability of the Products offered may occur, in this case, if the Products chosen by the Customer are not, in whole or in part, available, FRMODA SRL will notify the Customer.
Without prejudice to the possibility for the Seller, before concluding the Contract by sending the Shipping Confirmation, to request further information by e-mail or on the telephone indicated by you, with reference to the Order sent by you over the Internet.
The Seller may not process your purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will inform the Customer by e-mail that the Contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not carried out your Order. In this case, the sum previously paid by the Customer will be refunded.
The shop windows on the site reflect the actual availability of the product in color and size. If the products presented on the Website are no longer available or on sale after sending the Order, it will be the Seller's responsibility to notify you promptly and in any case within thirty (30) working days from the day following that in you have sent your Order to the Seller, any unavailability of the Products ordered. In this case, the sum previously paid by the Customer will be refunded.
The Seller undertakes to ship the ordered products to the Customer no later than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the Contract.
FRMODA SRL reserves the right to refuse orders from a customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute relating to a previous Order. This applies equally to all cases in which the Seller deems the Customer unsuitable, including, by way of example, the case of previous violations of the Contract conditions for online purchase on the Site or for any other legitimate reason, especially if the customer has been involved in any kind of fraudulent activity.
AUTHORIZED DELIVERY
All Customers who place an Order establish a commercial relationship with FRMODA and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package.
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays from Italy and depart either directly from the FRMODA SRL headquarters or from third-party warehouses located throughout the Italian territory managed by FRMODA SRL partners.
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. If for any reason the package should appear to have been tampered with, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to report the incident immediately to FRMODA SRL, by writing to customerservice@frmoda.com. If for any reason the shipment fails to be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package may be returned to the sender at the Customer's expense.
In the case the parcel is refused or not picked up at the time of delivery, it will be resent to the sender at the expense of the Customer. The cost of the expense that FRMODA S.R.L. addresses for the order's return, including any taxes and duties, will be calculated once the order is re-entered and it will be then deducted from the refunded amount due to the Customer by FRMODA S.R.L.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If, for any reason, the Customer decides to refuse delivery of the shipment or should request the return to the sender, he can use the possibility of returning his package to obtain a refund, remembering that the products can only be returned from the country in which the order has been shipped no later than thirty days from the delivery date.
Any expenses related to the initial shipping of purchased goods will be refunded from FRMODA S.R.L. only if all purchased items are returned by the Customer. If the Customer decides to partially return the purchased items, FRMODA S.R.L. will refund the cost of the goods with the exclusion of shipping costs.
