Pax is an olfactory self-portrait used by Lorenzo Pazzaglia to reveal his true self, his culinary art, and his personality. Interwoven, contrasting notes come together to depict the many facets of a multifaceted individual. The effervescent and welcoming opening of citrus and pepper leads to a heart of fruity notes, their sweetness balanced by crystalline incense. Precious woods and leather provide an unexpected backdrop to a bouquet of white flowers with fruity and spicy nuances. Each note, each raw ingredient used, carries a hidden symbol and serves as a key.
