EXPRESS SHIPPING

Shipments are subject to charge and vary depending on the shipping service chosen during checkout.

Duty and import charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs.

*For US only: If the value of the merchandise is less than USD 800.00 there will be no taxes or customs charges to be paid.

Order management time

The order management time refers to the time needed to process your order and hand it over to the courier, it varies from item to item and it is visible on the product's information sheet (e.g. "SHIPPED WITHIN 3 DAYS").

Orders are managed and handed over to the courier from Monday to Friday, with the exception of national bank holidays.

If an order includes more items with a different order management time, it will be managed and handed over to the courier with a unique shipping once all products are ready to be shipped.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and it is visible during checkout. 

It starts from the moment the order is handed over to the courier and it must be added to the order management time described above.

RETURNS

FRMODA offers a return service within and not later than 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition in which you received them.
